- Remote Desktop Assistance.
- The following Response Times apply:
- Between 10:00 and 16:00 (2 working hours response) – Use of Word “High”
- Between 10:00 and 16:00 (4 working hours response) – Use of Word “Routine”
- Between 15:00 and 09:00 (6 working hours response) – Use of Word “Low”
- Working hours are between 08:00 and 18:00
- There is a trial period to 31 December 2018 for all remote desktop assistance, which will be Free of Charge
- Thereafter, it will be reviewed with effect from 1 January 2019.
Terms and Conditions of Service
- A setup procedure will be required to be carried out, together with a Health Check of your systems.
- Once approved, ONLY then will you be eligible for this service.
- This is for Individuals only, does NOT apply to businesses.
- Where Individuals use business computers, then approval must be given first.
- Avar use TeamViewer as a Third-Party Software for Remote Assistance.

- Online training and screen sharing
