The Standard System & Procedure (SSAP)

• Avar will send an SMS in the following way:
• Using Avar as the name of the sender.
  • When this is received, the recipient cannot reply
  • This is one-way SMS only
  • This is meant for notification purposes
  • Reminders
  • Bulk SMS
  • SMS Broadcasts to Clients who are in the Group where there is commonality
  • Informing you that other communication has been sent via:
    • Telegram
    • Telephone
    • Email
  • Also, to ensure that our communication is not blocked as Junk
  • If the recipient responds then they will receive a notification saying, “not delivered”
• Using +447520615056 as the sender.
  • When this is received, the recipient can reply
  • This is two-way communication
  • It also enables two way instant chat
  • A record of the SMS chat is kept in archives
  • Your response to Avar’s SMS will be advised via emailed
